This condition exposed employees to fire hazards. (b)Prairie Technology, LLC at 47183 Winter Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to March 23, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fire hazards in that a 55-gallon drum of acetone, a category 2 flammable liquid, located in the hand cutting area on the exterior wall of the spray booth was appropriately bonded to secondary containers as the grounding wire was connected to the ground in the electrical box for the spray booth ventilation system and lights; however no bonding wire was provided to connect the container to which acetone was being dispensed. This condition exposed employees to fire and electrical hazards.
