29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) New residential construction located on Lot #574, Second level top plate: On or about 03/08/2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 23-feet to 26-feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees hoisting roof trusses up the east side of the structure.
