29 CFR 1926.405(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: On or about March 14, 2018, at the jobsite located at 1025 Napoleon Ave, New Orleans, LA, the employer did not use appropriate boxes for outdoor use of electrical outlet services. The boxes that were in use were designed for interior service only.

29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below: On or about Mar 15, 2018, at the jobsite located at 1025 Napoleon Ave, New Orleans, LA, the employer did not provide enough toeboards on the scaffolds to prevent struck-by injuries from falling tools and other solid materials.
