29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a)  9030 Moffett Rd Semmes, AL (Drive Thru Lane Areas):  On or about March 29, 2018, and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee(s) not to wear hard hats to perform construction activities beneath overhead truss installation construction exposing employees to struck-by hazards from falling or flying materials, equipment and tools.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 9030 Moffett Rd Semmes, AL (Drive Thru Lane Areas):  On or about March 29, 2018, and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure exposed employees were using fall protection while performing framing activities such as but not limited to truss installation construction, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately twelve (12) feet to the ground below.
