29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section. a) Worksite, Warehouse A/Polywrap Dept: Employees were required to provide repairs and maintenance on BUHRS 2000 Polywrap machines such as, but not limited to Machine #4 with numerous sources of energy such as electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical. The employer did not develop, document and utilize Lockout/Tagout procedures to control hazardous energy; on or about 3/27/18. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
