29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): a) At the facility, on or about April 12, 2018 - An 8-hour time-weighted average was not determined for an employee exposed to chromium (VI). An employee, designated as Maintenance, was exposed to Chromium (VI) to an airborne concentration of 3.41 micrograms per cubic meter. This is approximately 1.36 times in excess of the OSHA action level of 2.5 micrograms per cubic meter. Sampling was conducted for 420 minutes and zero exposure was assumed for 60 minutes.

An employee, designated as Maintenance, was exposed to Chromium (VI) to an airborne concentration of 3.41 micrograms per cubic meter.
