OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to hazards created when using a large electric powered drill with extended drill shaft. On or about April 5, 2018, employees were exposed to entanglement hazards when wearing gloves to support a rotating drill shaft and the employer did not ensure that the employees were not allowed to wear gloves to support the drill shaft while the drill was in operation.
