29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:     a)    This violation was discovered on April 18, 2018, at a workplace located at 1700 Justin Road, Rockwall, Texas 75087; where at least one (1) employee was not protected from coming in contact with point of operation while working on a Schmidt Heinzman SMC Slitter machine (m/n CTMEC 316025, no serial number found).
