29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:       a. 820 US Highway 9, Avenel, NJ - Wendy's    Employees engaged in commercial electrical installation activities used a 12-foot Werner A-frame ladder in a manner not intended by the manufacturer. Employees used the A-Frame ladder in the closed position as a means of access from ground level to the roof of the coolers.    Violation observed on or about April 26, 2018    b. 820 US Highway 9, Avenel, NJ - Wendy's    Employees engaged in commercial electrical installation activities used a 12-foot Werner A-frame ladder in a manner not intended by the manufacturer. Employees used the A-Frame ladder in the closed position as a means of access from the roof of the coolers to the top of the parapet wall.    Violation observed on or about April 26, 2018    c. 820 US Highway 9, Avenel, NJ - Wendy's    Employees engaged in commercial electrical installation activities used a 4-foot Werner A-frame ladder in a manner not intended by the manufacturer.
