29 CFR 1926.407(b): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not approved as intrinsically safe or approved for the hazardous (classified) location or safe for the hazardous (classified) location:  On or before 25 April, 2018, the electrical wiring installation for the Fill-Rite fuel transfer pump was not designed for the hazardous location.  The electrical wiring was not grounded and was daisy chained introducing a potential source of ignition to the 550 gallon diesel fuel tank.
