29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1):The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of an employee within twenty-four (24) hours to the Area Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Department of Labor, that is nearest to the site of the incident.    On 4/5/2018, at the job site located at 3821 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville, an employee was hospitalized after being struck by a 3 ft. diameter dirt clod/rock at 3 pm. The employer was made aware of this event at the time of the event on 4/5/2018. The employer did not report the hospitalization within 24 hours.
