29 CFR 1960.27(a): A representative of employees was not given an opportunity to accompany Safety and Health Inspectors during the physical inspection of the workplace, both to aid the inspection and to provide such representatives with more detailed knowledge of any existing or potential unsafe or unhealthful working condition.    a) Worksite: During a complaint inspection at the facility the employer failed to notify the AFGE representative that an inspection was being conducted and to give them an opportunity to accompany the employer and OSHA representative during the walk-around inspection.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
