29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in steel erection activity who is on a walking/ working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems.  At the jobsite located at 7001 W 95th Street, Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in the metal cap on the roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 50 feet in that the fall arrest system did not meet the requirements of 1926.502(d)(15) anchorage point design and 1926.502(d)(16)(iii) rigged to prevent free fall of more than 6 feet or falling to another level, as required by 1926.760(d)(1).
