29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer shall ensure that each operator has successfully completed the training:    a) Retail Floor and Warehouse: On or about May 16, 2018 and at times prior thereto; employer allowed untrained forklift operators to operate Crown 5700 Series Upright Forklifts without completing the forklift training program to include formal instruction and assessment.      Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
