In areas that are occupied, the employer did not ensure that exit doors were mark with an exit sign:      a.     Main front entrance door did not have an EXIT sign.  b. 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.        In the raw material area, employer did not ensure proper fitting to prevent tension when they connected the power cords of two heaters exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
