29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(C): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems:    On or about June 8, 2018, in aisle G of freezer 1, an employee operated a crown stock picker serial#1A417573, without using fall protection, by attaching lanyard and harness together, while picking stock items at levels more than 20 feet above the concrete floor. The employer did not ensure that lanyard and harnesses were used by employees operating the stock picker.
