29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel:  On or about June 15, 2018, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when three forklift drivers near BD3 and BD1 were seen backing up without looking in the direction of travel.  One of the employees was a temporary employee.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
