29 CFR 1904.40(a):  When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, copies of the records were not provided within four (4) business hours:  a) On July 18, 2018, the employer failed to provide copies of the OSHA 300A: Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses records to an authorized representative for the year 2017.  b) On July 18, 2018, the employer failed to provide copies of the OSHA 300A: Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses records to an authorized representative for the year 2016.  c) On July 18, 2018, the employer failed to provide copies of the OSHA 300A: Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses records to an authorized representative for the year 2015.
