29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a- 1103 Peachtree Court, Delran NJ: An employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below, while installing a railing system (and performing other related activities) from the unprotected edges of a residential structure's pitched porch roof.  At the time of the exposure this employee was not using fall protection.  Condition observed on or about 06/21/18.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
