29 CFR 1904.7(b)(4): When an injury or illness involved restricted work or job transfer but does not involve death or days away from work, the employer did not record the injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log by placing a check mark in the space for job transfer or restriction and an entry of the number of restricted or transferred days in the restricted workdays column:  Chico's Distribution Services, LLC, Winder, GA - On or about May 17-21,2018 a temporary employee was on restricted duty and an entry was not made on the OSHA 300 log for 2018 on inspection date of June 6, 2018.  No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
