29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(2)(i): Engineering and work practice controls were not used to eliminate or minimize employees exposure:    a) Facility    Employees were not provided TB syringes with engineering controls to protect them from needlestick injuries while administering TB tests.    Violation occurred on or about 07/18/2018.      American Addiction Centers, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1204029, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 37 Sunset Inn Rd, Lafayette, NJ.
