29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area:    (a) Throughout the facility -- On or prior to 7/12/18, employees working in the Trim Shop and other areas of the plant which contained combustible wood dust accumulations were not trained in the fire and explosion hazards associated with combustible wood dusts, including but not limited to fire fighting procedures that minimized generation of dust clouds.
