29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): 29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3):  The employer did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness had occurred:  a. Granite Ridge Energy Center - On or about March 19, 2018, the employer failed to record an injury/illness on an OSHA Form 300.  A primary licensed healthcare provider restricted an employee from performing routine job functions due to an injury/illness which resulted from work-related exposure to Kroil.  The employer was made aware of the restrictions on March 12, 2018.
