29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: Just Packaging, Inc.,/South Plainfield, NJ Site - Throughout the Warehouse: Employees working in the warehouse area were exposed to fire hazards, as the line-of-sight to an exit door and an exit sign was not clearly visible. The employer failed to post directional exit signs to direct employees to the nearest emergency exit door in areas such as but not limited to the F room, C room, and G room. Condition observed on or about July 20, 2018.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: Just Packaging, Inc.,/South Plainfield, NJ Site - Throughout the Warehouse: Employer failed to ensure that boxes of different sizes were stacked in a stable condition or limited in height in order to prevent sliding and collapsing. Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling boxes which contained cosmetics. Condition observed on or about July 20, 2018.
