29 CFR 1910.266(i)(7)(i): The employer did not assure that each employee, including supervisors, had received first-aid and CPR training meeting at least the requirements specified in Appendix B:  (a) Road S. 568, Block 29 - On or about August 7th, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees are exposed to injuries that may become more severe without the ability to receive immediate first aid, as outlined in Appendix B.   Chilkat Enterprise, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.266(i)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 921407, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/03/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Warm Springs, Block 5.

(a) Road S. 568, Block 29 - On or about August 7th, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not make operating and maintenance instructions available on the Link-Belt 210 LX loader or in the area where the machine was being operated.  (b) Road S. 568, Block 29 - On or about August 7th, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not make operating and maintenance instructions available on the John Deere 648G III skidder or in the area where the machine was being operated.
