29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:    a) Commercial property at 308 Haddon Ave, in Westmont, NJ, 08108, at the front, rear and inside the facility on the ground and second floor: Employees were exposed to changes in elevation of approximately 30 inches without proper access when they performed various construction activities requiring access to the units and exterior rear of the building that could result in falls, which occurred on or about 8/14/18.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
