29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment:    a) On or about August 6, 2018; personal protective equipment (PPE): The employer failed to ensure new employees were properly trained on when PPE is necessary; what PPE is necessary; how to properly don, doff, adjust, and wear PPE; the limitations of the PPE; and proper care, maintenance, useful life and disposal of the PPE on items such as but not limited to safety glasses, steel toe tips, gloves, and sleeves.
