29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  On or about 06/15/2018 at the 101 Pearl Street Construction Project, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working at and near the electrical panel located in the break area where the flexible cord in use to energize the swing staging had strain relief damage.
