29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:  On or about July 28, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide safety data sheets for oil-based drilling mud to a contractor cleaning out mud tanks. The employees of a contractor were exposed to hazards associated with contact with oil and gas hydrocarbons as well as other hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Gilsonite, ExCal, SelectChem Primary Emulsifier, SelectChem Rig Wash, SelectChem Rheology Modifier, Organotrol 2200 and SelectChem Wetting Agent.
