29 CFR 1910.104(b)(8)(viii): "Placarding." The bulk oxygen storage location shall be permanently placarded to indicate: "OXYGEN - NO SMOKING - NO OPEN FLAMES", or an equivalent warning.  (a) ROOM C135:  Signs had not been posted to make employees aware of the location and dangers associated oxygen storage, exposing them to hazards from fires.  (b) ROOM E118: Signs had not been posted to make employees aware of the location and dangers associated oxygen storage, exposing them to hazards from fires.
