29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  On or about September 7, 2018, on the NW side of a newly built hotel where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 10 feet when performing stuccowork from a wooden box attached to a JLG forklift which was not designed by the manufacturer for such use.

29 CFR 1926.451(f)(5): Scaffolds were moved horizontally while employees were on them although the scaffolds were not designed for such movement by a registered professional engineer:  On or about September 7, 2018, on the NW side of a newly built hotel where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard when on a work platform attached to a JLG forklift that was moved horizontally and the platform was not designed for such use.
