This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards from contact with the 120 volt units when placing discharged and retrieving charged Li-Ion batteries.        b)    C130J Facilities Upgrade:  On or about September 18, 2018 and at times prior thereto, a Dewalt multi-charger Jobsite Charging Station was exposed to rain while operating.  This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards from contact with the 120 volt unit when placing discharged and retrieving charged Li-Ion batteries.
