29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:    (a) On or about September 24, 2018, and at times prior, Rethink Restoration Partners, LLC dba Kinetic Restoration as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees conducting work on a residential roof on 1365 Peninsula Cir., Castle Rock, CO 80104, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective, frequent, and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated, in that an employee fell approximately 19 feet to the ground and sustained severe injuries.
