29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:     a)  Logoplaste USA Syracuse, LLC., on or about 10/3/2018:   The employer had not conducted a periodic inspection of their energy control procedures. Authorized employees perform servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to Conair Grinders, DYCO Bagger, Kautex Blow Molding Machines, etc., which have multiple energy sources including pneumatic, hydraulic, electric and thermal.   LOGOPLASTE USA SYRACUSE, LLC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, SECTION 29 CFR 1910.147(C)(6)(I)  WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1098700, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 10/28/2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1 OLIVE GROVE STREET, ROME, NY, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 11/20/2015
