29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed:  Batchelor & Kimball, Inc.888 Pine Street, Children's Hospital, Macon, GA - Pipe fitters and helpers were placing clamps over asbestos sprayed insulation material on the ceiling beams on the first floor of the remodeling site. Exposure monitoring as required by the standard was not performed, on or about 10/9/18.
