The sidewinder coiling machine was not guarded to protect employees from potential struck-by or caught-in hazards.       b.) Charter Plastics, Inc., Charter East-radial saw/storage area,  on or about October 25th, 2018 and times prior thereto:  Employees utilized a Sears Craftsman 10" radial saw (Manufacturer # I-80-7) that was not equipped with a guard to cover the exposed portion of the saw blade.
