29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a) Production department: The pickup cylinder and transfer belt area of machine 380 was not properly guarded to prevent access to the rotating parts and an employee sustained a severe hand and arm injury when caught in the machine, on or about October 23, 2018.    b) Production department: The plate cylinder of machine 241 DC was not properly guarded to prevent access to the rotating parts and an employee sustained a severe hand injury when caught in the machine, on or about January 3, 2019.    Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
