29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location:   a) Receptacle installed near break room sink at powder paint building: On or about October 23, 2018, a 125-volt, single-phase, 15 amp or 20 amp receptacle was installed within 6 feet of a break room sink that did not have a ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI) protection for employees who are potentially exposed to electric shock and burn hazards while using the sink during tasks such as, but not limited to, washing dishes and utensils.
