On or about 11/5/2018, at the small parts department of Florida Trailer Manufacturing DBA Rocket Trailer, 2890 NW 35th St, Miami, FL 33142.  An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e.  10" Bench Mount, Serial #180331113) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.    b. On or about 11/5/2018, at the welding department of Florida Trailer Manufacturing DBA Rocket Trailer, 2890 NW 35th St, Miami, FL 33142.  An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e.  Sears, Serial #9702200126) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.    c. On or about 11/5/2018, at the assembly department of Florida Trailer Manufacturing DBA Rocket Trailer, 2890 NW 35th St, Miami, FL 33142.  An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e.  Central Machinery, Serial #1027130062) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.    d. On or about 11/5/2018, at the assembly department of Florida Trailer Manufacturing DBA Rocket Trailer, 2890 NW 35th St, Miami, FL 33142.  An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e.  Dayton 10", Serial # not available) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.    e. On or about 11/5/2018, at the assembly department of Florida Trailer Manufacturing DBA Rocket Trailer, 2890 NW 35th St, Miami, FL 33142.  An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e.  Central Machinery, Item #39955) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.    f. On or about 11/5/2018, at the small trailer department of Florida Trailer Manufacturing DBA Rocket Trailer, 2890 NW 35th St, Miami, FL 33142.  An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e.  Ruthland, Model 26635) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.    g.
