29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control:    a) On or about 11/26/2018 in the production area; where employees perform servicing and maintenance activities such as, but limited to: cleaning and setting up machines and equipment. Employees were not trained in the company's documented policies and procedures which required shutting down and locking out of machines and equipment during servicing and maintenance.    ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
