29 CFR 1926.250(b)(9): Structural steel, poles, pipe, bar stock, and other cylindrical materials, unless racked, must be stacked and blocked so as to prevent spreading or tilting: (a) On November 26, 2018, and at times prior, for the employees exposed to crushing hazards while installing wood top plates on the tops of the 2,417 lbs. steel I beams that were placed on uneven ground and not braced to prevent tipping at or near 200 Fourth Avenue North in Fargo, North Dakota.
