29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure:    (a) At the workshop -  On or about December 6, 2018 where employees are required to discard used sharp needles and/or syringes when cleaning out used cars the employer did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is completed must be included with your certification. This documentation may included, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed, the date(s) of the hazard assessment, and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment:    (a) At the workshop -  On or about December 6, 2018 employees were exposed to eye and skin hazards when cleaning out used cars using tire cleaners and degreasers and exposed to slip and trips hazards with motor oil and other used material creating a slippery condition. The employer had not certified that a workplace hazard assessment had been completed.
