29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury:  On or about November 28, 2018, at the jobsite located 10600 Tesshire Drive, Saint Louis, Missouri, employees for Johnson Comcon Incorporated were exposed to electrocution hazards due to not having been adequately trained in recognition and mitigation of hazards encountered while performing their jobs.  The  employees had not been trained in the need to wear electrically insulated boots and gloves while on or near the Vermeer Navigator Horizontal Directional Drill (Model  D60X90 S3; VIN/PIN:  1VRJ29031G1000106).
