29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a.) On or about January 8th, 2019 in the Production floor Batching and storage area: The employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick access to emergency shower and flushing of the eyes to protect employees working with corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, Salicylic Acid, Sodium Bisulfate, Sodium salt and Sodium silicates, while handling, pouring, pumping, filling containers and mixing into the batching tank.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met:  a.) On or about January 8th, 2019 the employer failed to implement the elements of a written hazard communication program for those employees exposed to hazardous chemicals, performing chemical mixing and manufacturing of various inorganic chemical products, such as, but not limited to, Salicylic Acid, Sodium Bisulfate, Sodium salt and Sodium silicates, while handling, pouring, pumping, filling containers and mixing into a mixing tank.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area:   a) On or about January 8th, 2019 in the production floor batching and storage area: Effective information and hazard communication training was not provided to employees who work with hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Salicylic Acid, Sodium Bisulfate, Sodium salt and Sodium silicates, while handling, pouring, pumping, filling containers and mixing into the batching tank.
