Such tools shall not be in lieu of other guarding required by this section, but can only be used to supplement protection provided: Meat Cutting Department: On or about December 8, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating the Hobart Meat Saw without using the pusher guard tool.
