29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(xii): Operator cab windows for significant cracks, breaks, or other deficiencies that would hamper the operator's view: On or about 12/06/2018, at 8737 Highway 165N, Sterlington, LA, an employee was operating a crane to lift a load of construction materials to the roof of a commercial building and the operator's cab windows were cracked. a) The main window directly in front of the operator in the cab is cracked. b) The window on the top of the cab is cracked.
