29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(ii): No riders shall be permitted on farm field equipment other than persons required for instruction or assistance in machine operation: On or about November 24, 2018, on SW Farm Road (in front of 20900) in Indiantown, Florida, an employee was exposed to struck-by and crushing injuries when permitted to ride on a trailer being pulled by a farm tractor in order to transport water tanks to a field.
