29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: Employees were exposed to chemical hazards. Employees engaged in commercial painting activities at 5650 Renner Road, Shawnee, Kansas were exposed to injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals. A copy of the required safety data sheets for gasoline and propane were not maintained at the construction site exposing employees to skin irritation and carcinogen hazards.
