OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees who were performing tree trimming, tree feeling, and tree removal operations, while exposed to struck-by hazards.          a). On or about December 28, 2019, at the jobsite located at 111 Sawmill Road, Wewahitchka, Florida, employees engaged in tree trimming, felling, and removal operations, were exposed to struck-by and or crushed-by hazards from falling trees.       b).   a).
