Deficiencies included, but were not limited to:    a) Loading capacity of the steel storage racks in the Carbon Fiber Storage Area and the Stock Room had not been determined and racks labeled accordingly.      b) Columns of storage racks in the Carbon Fiber Storage Area and Stock Room that stored raw materials such as carbon fiber and metal bolts were not anchored to the floor.
